Is he serious? The UFC star believes the Earth is flat. He plans to discuss it on a popular podcast, says he can prove it
Bryce Mitchell is a twenty-eight year old American fighter. Although he is not one of the most famous names in the UFC, he is undoubtedly one of the best that the star organization has to offer. However, he has now caused quite a stir with an interesting statement.

If there’s one thing that makes Bryce Mitchell stand out as a fighter, it’s his way of life. He likes the simple life, farming. He went to college. He’s got an excellent record in MMA. He’s never lost, currently has 15 wins.
There’s a good chance he’s a future UFC champion. He is currently the number nine featherweight in the UFC, in his last fight he defeated the legendary Edson Barboza. He doesn’t attract much attention, more or less. He doesn’t look controversial, on the contrary.
However, he’s made quite a splash now. He challenged Joe Rogen, the UFC announcer and popular podcaster, to a proper debate on whether the Earth is flat or round.
This is in response to the fact that Rogan, who is often criticized for spreading conspiracy theories among other things, often mocks people who believe our planet is flat.
“My mom and I will tell you right now that the Earth is flat. It’snot moving at 6,000 miles per hour, it’s spinning at 1,000 miles per hour and constantly floating through space,” Mitchell opined on Instagram.
“The Earth is flat, solid and the stars are spinning around us. I can prove it. If you’re so confident, come debate with me. I’m tired of you making fun of people who believe the planet is flat,” the 28-year-old UFC fighter added to the challenge.
