Inter Milan vs. AC Milan: Preview and betting tips
Inter and AC Milan will face a key clash on Saturday. While the Nerazzurri occupy first place, the Rossoneri and Napoli are four points behind the leader. Inter also have a game in hand. Therefore, to stay in the title race, AC needs to win at best and not lose at worst. However, the defending champion will be the favourite. Will they confirm their role?

The Derby della Madonnina is here! Inter will enter the game as a fairly big favourite, but no wonder.
In the last 20 games, the Nerazzurri have known only one opponent, and that in the form of a rampant Real Madrid in the Champions League. They were last beaten at home by Lazio in mid-October.
Inter, however, have been searching for a while since the start of the season. AC, on the other hand, have had a great start to the season, only to flounder and lose points unnecessarily in recent months. The recent home loss to Spezia or the draw at Udinese is simply disappointing. The performance of the Rossoneri is not bad at all.
However, the red and black should be all the more motivated. If they lose to Inter, it will probably mean the end of their title dreams. Simone Inzaghi and his charges are unlikely to lose many more points.
AC are also up against a mutual balance. Not only the historical one (88-68-77 in Inter’s favour). In the last nine duels Inter have lost only once (6-2-1).
It is worth mentioning that the last three league games in which Stefano Pioli’s charges did not score were played at the San Siro.
But we can probably look forward to goals as well. In four of Inter’s last five games at least three goals have been scored, in the case of AC this has happened in five of the last six fixtures.
After all, the two best attacks in the league will face each other, but AC Milan will miss Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Inter also have a much more sophisticated defensive unit. However, a three-goal bet could also be tempting.
Interestingly then, in the last eight meetings between the two teams, the home team has not lost even once.
