Incredible Chimaev! He held his opponent in the air and talked to the UFC boss
Khamzat Chimaev is back, along with his considerable, but very probably justified, self-confidence. He scored another dominant win at UFC 267, this time succumbing to Li Jingliang in the first round. During the fight, Chimaev even managed to talk to the UFC boss.

More than a year hiatus is history, Khamzat Chimaev is back, and in a big way! He defeated the Chinese fighter Li Jingliang in an absolutely dominant and sovereign manner.
The fighter defending the Swedish flag rounded off his professional record to a beautiful 10-0-0, with four wins in the world’s best organization.
Chimaev has ended all of his pro fights early, never being in the third round. He handles stance and ground well. His confidence simply can’t be faulted, because what he says he actually always manages to deliver so far.
And it was no different against the Chinese, who didn’t even have time to get into the fight. What’s more, Chimaev still managed to speak very confidently to the UFC boss during the fight with him.
In the post-fight interview, the Swede revealed that he saw Dana White looking at his cell phone. He wanted to get his attention: ‘You can’t miss my fights. Don’t look at your phone. I’m the king here!”
Chimaev’s dominant performance and his show during it earned him another wave of attention. His social media following has started to grow again, and the videos of the match have a huge following.
At 27 years old, he’s well on his way to a clear goal, the welterweight championship belt, fairly soon.
