This is very important news for AC Milan. Zlatan Ibrahimovic has returned to training and it is possible that he will be available for the upcoming match against Torino. According to the latest information, he has already fully recovered from his knee problems.

Italian Football News has reported in the last few hours that Ibrahimovic has returned to training after a long break.

Also, Sky Italia reported that the forty-one year old Swedish footballer trained with the whole team for the first time since his knee problems and might be able to start against Torino. Ibrahimovic is said to be fully recovered from the injury.

The Malmö native last played for AC in the last game of last season, when the Rossoneri beat Sassuolo 3-0 to win the title after eleven years.

However, Ibrahimovic has not made a single league start in the new season and the Milanese are noticeably missing him on the pitch. Even so, his presence still has a big impact on the squad.

Last season, the Swedish playing legend also struggled with injuries, but managed 23 games in which he scored eight goals and assisted three others.

If Ibrahimovic can return already for the game against Torino, it will only be good for AC. The Milan club is currently going through a big crisis and is currently sixth in the Serie A table.

The question mark also hangs over Ismaël Bennacer and Fikay Tomori. Their recovery is reportedly going well, but they will most likely be available for the Champions League match against Tottenham. The February schedule is not easy for AC.

The derby with Inter is behind them, followed by an unpleasant home game against Torino on Friday 10 February. Next week the Rossoneri play Tottenham, then they travel to Monza. The February schedule will conclude with a home game against Atalanta Bergamo.
