The title fight between Karlos Vemola and Marcin Naruszczka is coming up. They will face each other on July 24th at Štvanice and there will be definitely something to look forward to. Now Oktagon has released a video where the Polish fighter said a few words.
Karlos Vémola will have another opportunity to win the middleweight title. He lost it due to not making weight before his fight with Milan Datelinka.
However, he hasn’t been in good health lately. First he had a planned surgery with his shoulder, but recently he got an inflammation in his elbow, which prevented him from training for a long time.
However, according to his words, he will make the match and win without any problems. This is what the general public, who do not trust the Polish fighter, think.
Naruszczka, however, sees it differently and is confident in Vemola. He confirmed this in a promotional video published on Wednesday by the Oktagon organization itself.
“Kaya. Karlos. Can you hear me? Vémola? It’s me, your nightmare. I’ll see you in the octagon, where I’ll test how hard your head is and how soft your chin is,” he said in the video.
Vemola plans to win the fight, hold the belt and make his way to other weight classes as a result. He’d certainly like to fight for the title in the 93-pound weight class, perhaps against Attila Vegh.
But now he’s also focusing on the higher weight class, namely the heavyweight division, which is now dominated by Martin Buday. It is him that Vémola would like to fight.
