I stand by the nomination of Kasha! We lost against the first team in the world, said coach Šilhavy

The Czech team had a bad start to the match. Already in the eighth minute Lukaku overtook Kasha, who had no problem with finishing.
Belgium’s second goal was scored by Hazard in the 41st minute, and the nail in the Czech coffin was hammered in by Saelemaekers in the 65th minute. However, the Czech team also had chances to score, especially Vydra and Hložek.
“Belgium won deservedly, they showed much more quality. It showed especially in the first half, when they outplayed us and got easy chances. They also showed quality in converting chances, because they converted almost everything. We had three or four chances, but we didn’t score,” said coach Šilhavy at the press conference.
Goalkeeper Vaclik got injured during the game, so Stanek came in his place and was only nominated after Kolář from Slavia excused himself from the game.
Kaša also made his debut, but he made a mistake on the opening goal. “I stand behind the nomination of Filip Kasa. I know that he made a mistake right at the beginning when he put a weak little one home.
But anyone can make such a mistake. We were playing against the first team in the world, against which players have to give maximum performance to have a chance to get a good result,” he added.
The last match of the national team’s reunion will be played on Wednesday at 20:45, when the national team will challenge the Ukraine.
