I haven’t shown anything of what I have in me, what I can do. But I’m 25 years old, my time is yet to come. I firmly believe in the journey and the destination, said Peñaz

In the biggest fight of his career, he lost. Unfortunately, Matej Peñaz couldn’t beat Sedriques Dumas and lost in the first round.
He didn’t impress Dana White at Contender and will have to wait a while for another chance. Now after a long time he has spoken about this fight.
“Less than two years in MMA and I got an offer to fight for a contract in the most prestigious and sought after organization in the world. It didn’t work out, but I don’t regret the decision to go for it,” he wrote on his Instagram.
“The only thing I regret is the performance. I didn’t show anything of what I have in me, what I can do. But I’m 25 years old, my time is yet to come. I firmly believe in the journey and the goal,” he added.
So now he should be back in the Octagon again, and his goal will be to roll opponent after opponent to put the spotlight back on himself. And who could he face?
One name is certain, it’s Vlasto Cepo. Two fights have already been scheduled with him, but it still hasn’t happened, so let’s be surprised if it happens before the end of the year.
