Well, that didn’t work! In the fight between David Hoszek and Marcin Naruszczka the referee Michal Popelák made a gross mistake, ending the fight too early to the disadvantage of the Polish fighter. His team was really indignant afterwards.

In the first bout of the main card, Marcin Naruszczka and David Hoszek fought. The Polish wrestler had narrowly lost to Samuel Pirat Kristofich in his previous match, which his team was not happy with.

What happened now, however, will continue to simmer in the Polish team for a long time. Because referee Michal Popelák made a huge mistake in it.

Hosek hit Naruszek, who fell to the ground. However, he tried to get up and caught the Czech fighter’s leg, but the referee stopped the fight.

He tried to protect the health of the Polish wrestler, but he was not too shaken and wanted to continue the fight.

After the match he and his team were not satisfied. “I wanted to fight, but the referee stopped the fight. I don’t know why! This is an amateur referee,” he said after the fight.

Together with his team he is now considering a protest, which, however, according to Ondrej Novotny, is pointless, as it cannot change anything.
