England international and fan favourite Jack Grealish still doesn’t know what jersey he will wear in the 2021/22 season . There are two scenarios on the table, which one will finally come to fruition? The next week full of negotiations will tell us more.

He is very popular across the football spectrum in England. He’s basically an idol among Aston Villa fans, but his future will only be unravelled in the days to come.

Grealish is wanted by manager Pep Guardiola, who has an almost unlimited budget at Manchester City. Rumour has it that the Citizens could shell out a whopping £100m (about £3bn) for the Premier League star.

At the same time, an upgrade on his current contract at Aston Villa is on the table. The current situation is that official negotiations between the two clubs have begun. The deadline for the negotiations is expected to be within the next week.

If there is an agreement between the English giant and Aston Villa, Grealish will move to a new address. City are even expected to have medical facilities ready immediately.

If there is no agreement, the “new Beckham” will stay in Birmingham and sign an improved contract.

the 25-year-old Villains captain has so far played 96 games in the Premier League, scoring 15 goals and assisting a further 19. However, he has no experience of European cups yet, which he wishes to play regularly. That is one of the reasons why he has been pressuring the Aston Villa management to allow him to leave.

Last season he played only 27 games for his current club, which was caused by a tibia injury. He then started 5 games at the Euros, always off the bench, and contributed two assists in the wins over the Czech Republic and Germany.
