How does the public react to the European feast performed by Czech teams?
Slavia beat a weakened Union Berlin 3:1 after a tough tactical battle. Sparta could have also won in Copenhagen against the home team Brøndby, but in the end they said goodbye to Denmark with a 0:0 draw. Jablonec from North Bohemia was the sensation, beating the favoured CFR Cluj 1-0.

Let’s take a look together at how the public reacted to the Czech teams’ performances. Most of the reactions are, of course, related to the Prague “S”. After all, the fanbase of Slavia and Sparta is much bigger than that of Jablonec.
There could not be any dissatisfaction in and around the Sešivan camp. Defeat of a Budesliga team always counts.
Journalist Jan Podroužek commented on the productivity of the Slovak national player. Schranz has really interesting numbers and maybe another player ripe for a foreign engagement is blossoming in Eden.
Photos from a packed Eden, including a hilarious choreo, were shared by a Slavia supporter and retweeted by the vice-chairman of the board Tomáš Syrovátka.
Spartan journalist Jan Vacek, on the other hand, mostly criticised. Yes, Sparta could have won, but it must be admitted that Hermansen gave an above-standard performance in goal for Brøndby.
On the other hand, the Danish champion is not in optimum form, currently only in 8th place in the domestic competition, so there is no doubt that some light criticism can be heard.
What is wrong? Are we seeing into the training process? Do we have Pavel Vrba’s experience?
The only thing that could be wrong for Sparta is the crumbling of trust in the coach. The Spartan community should thank him for pushing Sparta through to the EL and the top of the league table.
The journalist Luděk Mádl pointed out the moment that basically decided the Jablonec vs. Cluj game. The subsequent penalty was converted by Pilař and Jablonec could celebrate.
