The Czech national football team defeated Kuwait 7:0 in a preparatory match. Coach Jaroslav Šilhavý, who is infected with coronavirus, could not attend the match and was replaced by Jiří Chytrý. How does he evaluate the whole match?

”I don’t know if this is sufficient preparation for Estonia. It was a friendly match. I am satisfied with the result. We were active and forced the opponent to play under constant pressure. And we managed to capitalize everything into goals. So we can be satisfied,” said Chytrý in a post-match interview.

According to Jiri Chytry, the match against Estonia will be much harder. The Czechs will play that one on 16 November in Prague. Chytrý will again take the place of Jaroslav Šilhavy.

Šilhavy’s replacement admitted that the first half was harder because the opponent defended well: ”In the first half we had a lot of turnovers and inaccurate passes. However, we gradually got into the rhythm and expressed it in goals.”

“In the end, we played very well. We maintained the intensity of the game and added more goals. It took us five minutes to catch the pace, but then we got into it and finished it off well,” said a satisfied Chytrý.

The absence of head coach Jaroslav Šilhavy did not affect the Czech national football team. They clearly defeated the football midget even with a substitute coach, who was assistant Jiří Chytrý.

The match ended very nicely and every fan of the Czech team must have been happy. The Czechs completed the dress rehearsal before the last match of the World Cup qualification. Now all they have to do is to beat Estonia and hope for Wales to falter.
