Hašek wants to leave Erzurumspor! He has reported mental problems at the club, but there are no interested parties to buy him
Martin Hašek has decided to end his Turkish engagement. He is currently a player of the second league Erzurumspor, which will fight for the retention in the spring, but the Czech footballer did not join the team after the break, reported mental problems and decided to leave. However, there is no shortage of interested parties.
Martin Hašek has decided to end his Turkish engagement. He is currently a player of the second league Erzurumspor, which will fight for the retention in the spring, but the Czech footballer did not join the team after the break, reported mental problems and decided to leave. However, he has no shortage of takers.
When Martin Hašek left Sparta Prague in 2020, he certainly didn’t expect what kind of cause he would create and where his football career would go afterwards.
The FAČR Board of Referees decided that he had to pay Sparta a fine of 20 million crowns, which would have completely destroyed him. That’s why he appealed to the CAS sports arbitration and can be quite satisfied.
Although the latter found in Sparta’s favour, the club has to pay only CZK 2.25 million plus 10% of the amount per year as interest for late payment.
In the meantime, he was playing for the Turkish club Erzurumspor, which was relegated to the first league and was banned from bringing in new players, which meant a big problem.
The Turkish team is currently in the second half of the table and will fight to stay in the league. But maybe without Hasek, who wants to leave.
He announced it to the club at the beginning of the preparation, which he didn’t attend, which he explained by mental problems. He even sent a medical report to the club.
This was reported by the gazetepusula website less than two weeks ago. The Czech midfielder had expressed his wish to leave in the past, but due to the transfer ban and his current contract, he was denied.
Likewise, Erzurumspor don’t want to let him go now, however, they are aware of his past and so could be agreeable in case of a good offer.
However, this is where the fatal problem lies. There are simply no offers. Coach Muzaffer Bilazer said that the club has not received an official offer from any team for the Czech player.
So Hašek will have to wait until the summer when his contract expires in Turkey. It is also a question of when he will join his team.
Erzurumspor has already played two league matches in the new year 2023, and Hašek’s name did not appear in the nomination.
