The Norwegian sharpshooter leaves Borussia Dortmund with a fantastic record. In 89 competitive matches he scored 86 goals and added 23 assists. The club must be sorry to see him leave for “only” 75 million euros, because his value is definitely a lot higher.
Erling Haaland, however, enjoyed his time in Germany to the maximum. He has formed a great bond with the famously passionate fans, and he has also got on well with his teammates. Overall, he will undoubtedly not remember Dortmund in a bad way, quite the opposite.
That’s also why he bids farewell to the people of the club with grace, buying expensive gifts for all his teammates as well as the club staff.
All 33 of his teammates received luxury Rolex watches, the price of which ranges from 13 to 15,000 euros, i.e. between 320,000 and 370,000 crowns.
Bild, which came up with the information, reports, among other things, that the watches were delivered by two limousines from the Netherlands. Haaland also paid for the service of trying the watches on in person.
In addition, all of the watches were delivered in special packaging, which was decorated with three photographs. The first one shows Haaland’s jersey number, the second one shows Haaland celebrating his goal and the third one shows Haaland with the trophy for winning the German Cup. In addition, the box bears his initials EBH.
The other Borussia Dortmund employees received Omega watches from the Speedmaster Professional range. Their price ranges from 5 to 7 thousand euros.
