He celebrated his 18th birthday this summer and is currently playing his first season in the NHL. How is Connor Bedard doing? Phenomenal. He’s got great numbers, he’s putting up great performances, and he’s not just lacking talent, he’s got guts and grit, as he proved in the early hours of Sunday morning.

He came into the NHL as a great talent, but the first season is never easy. While there have often been questions about how Connor Bedard will make it, the Blackhawks star is leaving no one in doubt at the moment.

the 18-year-old Canadian is Chicago’s most productive player and is doing very well. Moreover, he broke a four-game goal silence on Saturday night. He scored in the St. Louis net.

The Blues quickly took the lead in the game against Chicago. Robert Thomas, their most productive player, scored at 3:04. Just 45 seconds later, Bedard had the best moment of the game, tying the game at 1-1.

And how! The 18-year-old gem of the struggling Blackhawks couldn’t have scored his 30th point this season in a better way. After all, it’s not every day we see a goal called Michigan. That’s just great.

Connor Bedard pulls the Blackhawks on his shoulders

The goal that Connor Bedard scored in the Blues’ net unfortunately didn’t lead to a win, even though Chicago took the lead in the first period. The Blackhawks led 5:2 at the start of the third period, but lost the lead. St. Louis won the game 7:5.

however, the 18-year-old Canadian confirmed his importance for the struggling team. With 30 points from 13 goals and 17 assists, he is the team’s most productive player.

The second most productive player is Philipp Kurashev with 19 points. It’s worth mentioning that Chicago has lost 22 out of 33 games without a point, so it’s obvious that Bedard is not having an easy time.

Chicago is one of the worst teams in the NHL, which makes Bedard’s performance all the more admirable.
