Great Mbappé! Watch his brilliant goal in which he rounded two Juventus players
Kylian Mbappe has been talked about rather negatively lately. His behaviour, his out-of-this-world contract or his alleged request to leave PSG have been addressed. However, he is still great on the pitch and he proved it against Juventus.
Kylian Mbappe has been talked about rather negatively lately. His behaviour, his out-of-this-world contract or his alleged request to leave PSG have been addressed. However, he is still great on the pitch and he proved it against Juventus.
While last season Mbappé was PSG’s number 1 workhorse, this season he is not the main star. Last year, he took advantage of Neymar’s poor form and Lionel Messi’s lack of acclimatisation, and with 39 goals and 21 assists, he was the Parisian side’s top scorer.
This season his stats are also brilliant, but Messi and Neymar are overshadowing him a bit. Mbappé, however, is doing everything he can to ensure that this is not the case.
Against Juventus, PSG is playing for the top spot remotely with PSG, if both teams get the same number of points, the score would decide. The Parisians had that four goals better before the game and it was improved by the 23-year-old striker.
Mbappé received the ball on the left wing from Messi in the 13th minute and beautifully dispossessed Gatti immediately, who was still trying to pull him back. He then sumptuously hooked a sliding Locattelli and finished with a beautiful shot to the back post.
Mbappé has netted 11 goals in Ligue 1 this season and added his seventh in the Champions League. He has also assisted a total of 4 goals.
