Fraud or cleverness? Watch how Busquets saved Barcelona from losing in the last minute
La Liga is really attractive these days. First Atlético Madrid turned the game against Getafe in the 90th minute, then Real Madrid blasted Mallorca 6:1. Now Barcelona defended in an unusual way to avoid losing in Cadiz.

There has been too much talk about Barcelona’s crisis in recent days. After Monday’s earned draw with Granada, coach Ronald Koeman came to the press and said that the Blaugranas have to cope without financial investment and that it takes patience.
The match at the ground of the 16th-placed Cadiz was the perfect opportunity to make the fans at least a little bit more comfortable. However, the Barcelona players did not succeed at all and drew 0:0.
In the whole match they had only two shots on goal, Cadiz had one more shot. When the score was still 0:0, in the 65th minute Frenkie de Jong made the game difficult for the visitors, as he received two yellow cards within four minutes and got himself sent off.
And it could have been worse. In the last minute, Cadiz went on the attack for the winning goal. However, there was a ball left lying in the large white space from the previous action, which the referee failed to notice and let the game continue.
Sergio Busquets took advantage of this and played it into Salvi Sanchez, who had just centred. With a precise pass, he found Lozano, who scored. But due to Busquets hitting an opposing player, the referee had to stop the game and also gave him a yellow card. In a bizarre way, he saved Barcelona’s draw.
Cádiz is not Barcelona’s favourite opponent. Last year’s newcomer managed to draw 1-1 with Barcelona at Camp Nou, and even beat them 2-1 at home. This year, it continues to rob the giant and scored a valuable 0: 0 draw.
