Fantasia! Petra Kvitova sweeps her opponent in an hour and wins the Doha tournament

Petra Kvitova managed to beat her Spanish rival Garbine Muguruza in the final and wins the Doha tournament after two sets!

Petra Kvitova is the champion of the Doha tournament! Despite the fact that she was not the favourite in the match, she completely swept her opponent.

The match lasted one hour and seven minutes. Petra Kvitova won the first set 6: 2 and the second set 6: 1. She did not give her opponent a chance and deservedly won the tournament in Qatar.

In the tournament she passed three other opponents, Pavlyuchenkova, Kontaveit and Pegula. She lost only one set in the whole tournament.

Only Kontaveit managed to take a set from the top four in the tournament. Kvitova thus won her record 28th career title.

She also beat the previous Czech record holder, Hana Mandlíková. She also won the Doha tournament for the second time.
