Dynamo Kiev vs. Rennes: Preview and betting tips

Dynamo Kiev have a cup match on Thursday. If they lose the fourth Europa League group stage match, their chances of at least third place would drop to near zero. What to expect from the match and what to bet on?

Dynamo Kyiv have won their last three league matches and are now only two points behind third place in the table, but in any case they are not doing well in the Europa League. After three rounds, they don’t have a point and Rennes need to beat them on Thursday.

Rennes, on the other hand, are doing very well. In the EL, like Fenerbahce, it is on seven points and has the promotion card in its hands, but in the league it has picked itself up after a poor start and is now sixth. They are three points behind the top five.

The Dynamo have worked on their defensive work since the start of the season, scoring more than once in only one of their last five games, while keeping three nil.

On the other hand, Rennes is an offensive machine, scoring two or more goals in six of their last seven games.

Given the improved form of Dynamo’s defence and the fact that the Ukrainian vice-champion is aware that another loss would be a big problem, I think the home side will not lose.
