“No matter how many tournaments and grand slams Novak wins, he will never be the best tennis player of all time for me. I played against him twice and won twice. If he can’t beat me, he can’t be the best,” Kyrgios let slip.

Both matches took place in 2017. In Acapulco, Kyrgios beat Djokovic 7::6 and 7::5 in the quarterfinals, and two sets were also enough for him at Indian Wells, when he won 6::4 and 7::6.
