Did Francis Ngannou run away before his fight with Jon Jones? Cameroonian Predator responds to hater speculation

Francis Ngannou is becoming the target of criticism from haters for allegedly not signing a contract with the UFC due to running away from a fight with legend Jon Jones.
Jon Jones caused a huge stir upon his return to the cage after a three-year fight fast. The mixed martial arts legend had ruled the UFC’s welterweight division for years.
Then when “The Bones” announced his move to heavyweight, a fight with champion Francis Ngannou was widely expected. However, the latter failed to come to terms with UFC management on a new contract and left the world’s biggest MMA organization by the back door.
This left Jones to fight for the title against the number one ranked heavyweight, Cyril Gano, whom he knocked out after just two minutes. He wowed the fight world with his performance and became the king of the P4P rankings across all weight classes once again.
Critics accuse the Cameroonian “Predator” of running away from the best fighter of all time. He responded to this criticism in an interview with ESPN, where he brushed all speculation off.
“There is no fight in the world that I would run away from,” Ngannou said. “I’m going to the cage and whatever’s going to happen is going to happen. It’s a sport.”
“Frankly, Jon Jones may be the greatest fighter of all time, but he’s not a fighter I should be running away from. I’d fight him twice a month,” he said confidently.
A fight between the two rivals could be the biggest event in heavyweight history. But UFC owner Dana White has put a stop to Ngannou’s potential return to the MMA championship league, even in the future. Will he change his mind?
