Czechs will face Spain, Portugal and Switzerland in the Nations League
The Swiss city of Nyon hosted the draw for the third edition of the Nations League for the 2022/23 season from 6pm today.Leagues A, B and C have 16 teams in four groups, while the remaining seven national teams are in League D in two groups.

Before the draw, the Czech national team was in the fourth basket of League A along with the other qualifiers Wales, Austria and Hungary.
The Czechs were eventually drawn in Group A2, where they will face Spain, Portugal and Switzerland. Group A1 will be made up of the national teams of France, Denmark, Croatia and Austria.
In Group A3, Italy, Germany, England and Hungary will battle it out for the play-offs. And in Group A4, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and Wales will meet.
The Slovaks were in the first basket of League C before the draw and were eventually drawn in their C3 group with the national teams of Belarus, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan or Moldova, depending on the outcome of their clash.
You can already see the composition of the other groups in the attached tweet. The Czech team will play its first two matches of the 2022/23 Nations League during the national break between 2 and 8 June 2022.
The third and fourth matches follow in the next week of June. The national teams will then play the fifth and sixth matches in the autumn, between 22 and 27 September. The play-off matches will be played in June 2023.
