Tuesday’s English Premier League schedule features a rescue duel between Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton. What to expect from the confrontation between the thirteenth and the seventeenth and what to bet on?
Crystal Palace are experiencing a mediocre start to the season. Ten points are not enough, but the quality of the squad means the Eagles can do better.
They are currently only two points clear of the relegation zone from 13th place. On the other hand, they had a tough draw at the start.
Wolves have one point less, but they are much worse off. Despite a good offensive performance, they are not scoring goals at all and are only one point behind the relegation zone. And it could even be said that they are 17th thanks to the excellent José Sá in goal.
Wilfried Zaha is the mainstay and perhaps already a legend of the home team, the African offensive all-rounder has scored four times this season.
In defence, Englishmen Marc Guéhi and Tyrick Mitchell and Denmark’s Joachim Andersen have been reliable.
The visitors have long relied on Ruben Neves, the central midfielder has scored twice so far. The aforementioned goalkeeper José Sá has taken the last two penalty kicks, his save securing a 1-0 win over Nottingham last time out.
Crystal Palace is backed by a solid defence, scoring more than once in only one of their last five games. In addition, Wolves have the worst attack in the league, scoring just four goals in ten rounds.
Considering the horrible shooting form of the visitors, I think Crystal Palace will dominate at home and win.
