Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the best footballers in history, took the time to face another challenge, this time a non-football one. He took a lie detector test and answered a variety of questions, some of which were not easy. How did he do?
Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the best footballers in history, took the time to face another challenge, this time a non-football one. He took a lie detector test and answered a variety of questions, some of which were not easy. How did he do?
Cristiano Ronaldo is currently enjoying a very good start to the new Saudi Arabian league season. He has played 5 competitive matches in the Al-Nassa jersey with a record of 6 goals scored and 5 assists.
At the age of 38, he is still in excellent shape and in great form. Moreover, he knows very well that it is important to have a resilient mentality and strong nerves. However, he recently underwent an unexpected but interesting challenge.
The Portuguese icon headed for a lie detector test and faced various questions. Some were about his career, others about his personal life. You can see for yourself how Ronaldo fared.
But the Al-Nassr star wasn’t 100%. A football fan will be amused by the fact that the lie detector did not recognise Ronaldo’s answer that Portugal has the skills to win the World Cup.
However, the true answers were that Ronaldo is the best goalscorer in football history and that he will still be playing at 40. Interestingly, the Portuguese revealed on the detector that he would not trade the trophies won in the Champions League for a World Cup trophy. And he wasn’t lying.
Interestingly, though, the detectorist also accepted as true the answer that no one will beat Ronaldo’s shooting record in his lifetime. Not Lionel Messi, not even the ace marksman Erling Haaland.
There was also a question about whether Sir Alex Ferguson is the best manager in history, but Ronaldo was unable to say whether that was the case. He elaborated his answer brilliantly. Otherwise, he admitted that he searches himself on Google and that he is certainly no stranger to fast food.
