Czech clubs won only two points in the second round of the European Cup, while the competition unfortunately won more. The Turks in particular did well, with the Ukrainians coming a little closer. How does the ranking look like?

The twelfth place, which guarantees direct promotion to the Champions League group, is still held by the Norwegians after the second round of groups. They have one representative in both the Europa League and the Conference Europa League. They currently have 27.75 points and divide their points by four.

Thirteenth place belongs to the Czech Republic, just like a week ago, who stayed there thanks to a win by Slavia. They are 0.2 points behind the Norwegians, which is just one draw. Slavia is well placed, Slovácko is also in the running for more points.

But the countries behind us are also scoring. The Swiss, holding the fourteenth place, have Zurich (EL) and Basel (EKL) in their groups. Basel, in particular, are so far on fire in the easy Conference League group. The Swiss also divide their points by four and are only 0.125 points behind the Czechs (one draw).

The Ukrainians are in a slump after last year’s unsuccessful season, suffering from the poor form of Dynamo Kiev. From 15th place they are 0.85 points behind the Czechs, which is two wins and one draw in a division of five. In any case, the top 15 guarantees the runners-up Champions League qualification.

On the other hand, the Danes and the Turks are worth mentioning. The Danes have three clubs in the groups and are 2.25 points behind the Czechs (five wins, one draw, divided by five), while the 18th-placed Turks have made a big jump in this round and are now only 2.45 points behind (six wins, one draw, divided by five).

The seventeenth Croatians and the nineteenth Greeks are probably out. The Croats have only Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League, the Greeks only Olympiakos Piraeus in the Europa League. They are both separated by four and Olympiakos in particular has started the group horribly.
