On Sunday, there is one more London derby on the schedule alongside Tottenham and Arsenal. Crystal Palace come to Chelsea’s ground and Graham Potter knows that if the Blues lose, it will quite possibly mean his sacking. What to expect from the game?

Chelsea are not doing well at all, losing three of their last four games and drawing one. They are only tenth in the table, three points behind the Top 7 guaranteeing European Cups, plus they have an extra game to play.

Crystal Palace are not in a good position either. It has won only one of the last four games, it was knocked out of the FA Cup by the last Premier League team Southampton, before that it got a four from Tottenham.

Chelsea’s key figures

The Blues rely on Mason Mount, the England international has scored six times and assisted three times. Kepa Arrizabalaga has been excellent in goal, while the defence as a unit is held together by the ageless Brazilian Thiago Silva.

Palace’s key players

The visitors are held by African spearhead striker Wilfried Zaha, he has scored six times and assisted three times so far. Eberechi Eze has returned to the league scene in decent form after a long injury layoff, scoring three goals and assisting three.

What to expect and what to bet on?

Chelsea have not only lost seven of their last nine games, they have also scored just four times. They have completely conceded goals in six games and have the worst offensive record in the first half of the table.

On the other hand, Palace are no goal factory either, with 17 goals scored they have the sixth worst defence in the league and an unflattering 3: 9 record from their last four games, with three losses and one win.

Considering the unstable performances of Palace’s attack and, on the contrary, Chelsea’s confident and tested defence (5th best in the league), I think the Blues will come out firing at Stamford Bridge and finally score at full strength.
