Changes in the national team nomination! Šilhavý nominated Tecla or Wiesner, neither Kúdela nor Bořil will go
Jaroslav Šilhavý has to deal with several absences before the September meeting, so several substitutes get the opportunity. For example, Wiesner, Tecl or Jemelka can start against Belgium.

Ondřej Kúdela and Ondřej Kolář dropped out of the nomination at the last minute after the match in Karviná due to health reasons. The team will also have to do without Jan Bořil, who was sidelined by an injury earlier, while Jakub Brabec will miss the game for personal reasons.
On the other hand, goalkeeper Jindřich Staněk, defenders Václav Jemelka and Filip Kaša, midfielders Tomáš Wiesner and Jaromír Zmrhal and forwards Stanislav Tecl and Martin Doležal have been invited.
“The coaches are convinced that Jaromír Zmrhal deserves the nomination. Moreover, we didn’t want to pick abroad because the arrival of such players would take a longer time and would break the bubble of covid we created starting Monday morning. Of course, travelling by plane, moving around at airports and so on increases the potential risk,” the national team manager explained the nomination of the only player working abroad.
Maybe that’s why Stanislav Tecl and Martin Doležal are getting a chance. Tomas Pekhart from Polish Legia is missing from the nomination.
The Czech national team met on Monday morning and the players went through the COVID-19 tests.
2.on 9.9 the Czechs will play Belarus in the World Championship Qualification, then on 5.9 they will challenge Belgium.
