Milan Ďatelinka put his gloves in the middle of the cage after losing to Dominik Humburger, which means the end of his career. But as expected, it was more of an idea in a rush of emotions and there is no career ending. What did the Slovakian fighter have to say about it?

The RFA 6 tournament offered some interesting moments. For many it was a surprise to see Slovakian fighter Milan Datelinka on the losing side again.

He fought bravely, but in the end had to bow down to his Czech counterpart Dominik Humburger, who finished him off after a few hard shots.

Another surprise followed as Ďatelinka put his gloves in the middle of the cage, marking the end of his professional career. The public was surprised, but there was speculation as to how serious he was.

“I hope that it was just strong emotions that will run out again and Milan will still have a career ahead of him. I believe he will get back on the winning streak,” promoter Boris Marhansky told a press conference.

And these words became true. Clover was in a huge boil of all sorts of emotions, after all he was close to winning and instead scored another defeat.

It was the seventh of his career and the third in a row, back in the Octagon he was finished in the first round by Karlos Vémola in a title fight, a year later in the RFA also in the first round by Nenad Avramovic.

During Monday’s show, however, he acknowledged that he got carried away and took back his gesture. “It was a big explosion and the impact of emotions. No, I’m not quitting. When I feel it, I will comment more on the match and everything,” he wrote on stories.

We’ll have to wait for his comments now, but his move reaffirmed his nickname, which is Mr. Comeback.
