Bruno Fernandes has become the top penalty kick taker in Manchester United history!

Manchester United beat Everton 2-0 at home in the 28th round of the Premier League, with Bruno Fernandes scoring from a penalty kick in the 12th minute of the first half. He made the 29th mistake from this opportunity and made United’s history.

He converted 27 penalties. Cristiano Ronaldo and Eric Cantona round out the top five penalty takers. They have scored 21 successful penalties.

With this important victory, Manchester United stayed in the 6th position of the Premier League with a three-point loss to the fifth Tottenham. Needless to say, United are still in danger of being without European Cups next season. It is Tottenham who hold the ticket to at least the Europa League group stage.
