Connor Bedard had another great game against Arizona, scoring after just twenty-eight seconds of play. However, this very good start to the game did not do Chicago any good as the Coyotes blew out the Blackhawks 8-1.

Chicago entered the game with Arizona very well, as Connor Bedard scored after just twenty-eight seconds of play.

The number one overall pick of the last draft is one of the most talented players in the NHL right now, but Bedard is not doing as well as he would like. He currently has 6 points (4+2) in nine games, which is still a very good record for a rookie.

In Chicago’s last game against Arizona, he opened the scoring after less than half a minute of play. Bedard made great use of Kevin Korchinski’s pass and aimed accurately.

It should be noted that Korchinski is also still at a very young age (18), but he has already played every game in the new edition of the famous Canadian-American competition.

Anyway, you can see Bedard’s goal in the video below. The quick strike, however, was of no use to the Blackhawks.

Bedard and his quick goal led to no points…

Chicago scored eight times during the game, three of which came in the first period.

It became more and more of a debacle until the score stood at eight goals. Michael Carcone scored a hat trick and Jack McBain had two goals. Josh Brown, Sean Durzi and Liam O’Brien also made the scoring list.

Czech goaltender Karel Vejmelka did not play this game and Connor Ingram was given the opportunity in goal.

Arizona moved up to ninth place in the Western Conference with this big win. Chicago currently sits at number 13 with six points. The Blackhawks have won only one of their last five games, a 4-3 overtime victory in Vegas.

Otherwise, most of the losses have been clear-cut – the aforementioned Arizona, Boston (0:3), Vegas (3:5) and Colorado (0:4).
