Beautiful action from Manchester United! Watch Ronaldo’s equalising goal
Manchester United are not having the best of times. The team has strengthened tremendously before the season and the goals were clear, namely the title. But star players are not everything and the results are so bad that the chair is rocking under coach Solskjaer.
Manchester United are not having the best of times. The team has strengthened tremendously before the season and the goals were clear, namely the title. But star players are not everything and the results are so bad that the chair is rocking under coach Solskjaer. Against Atalanta United, they were trailing, but thanks to some beautiful action, the equaliser came late in the half. Well, see for yourself.
Manchester United are not in form, despite a hearty strengthening they are in fifth place in the league, eight points behind leaders Chelsea.
The title was a clear target before the season, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team is not performing too well in the Champions League either.
They lost their opening game to Young Boys Bern, then beat Villarreal at home and then turned the tide against Atalanta in the closing stages.
They played a rematch with the latter on Tuesday and the half-time score was 1-1 after United equalised in stoppage time following excellent action.
Bruno Fernandes found Cristiano Ronaldo, who returned the ball to him on the edge of the box and the Portuguese midfielder served it so beautifully that Ronaldo had no problem finishing.
In short, Ronaldo’s appetite for goals has not waned and he continues to entertain football fans around the world with his skill. But the question is how long he will do it under coach Solskjaer.
