Barcelona could lose up to five of their stars! Which players will be placed on the transfer list?
It is already certain which three players the club’s management will place on the transfer list. However, FC Barcelona could end up losing up to five of its stars. The reason for this is, of course, a reduction in the wage bill, but also new potential reinforcements. So which footballers are involved?

All of them to Bayern? It is hard to say, but what is certain is that the management of the Catalan club will place three players on the transfer list. The first is Marc André Ter-Stegen, the second is Frenkie De Jong and the third is Sergiño Dest.
It was the Bavarian club who showed interest in all three footballers in November this year. Barcelona are very likely doing so not only because of the freeing up of their budget, but also because of one other, equally important matter.
That’s because, according to Spanish website Football España, Barcelona officials have one big name on their radar.
Xavi and co. would like to bring Ferran Torres, who currently plays for Manchester City, to their club. The English outfit are reportedly willing to agree to a potential deal, according to the latest speculation. Under reasonable conditions, of course.
However, the Citizens are reportedly demanding an amount that the Blaugrana cannot afford for the time being. Therefore, the Catalan management is currently trying to find a way to guarantee the arrival of the Spanish international.
Selling players seems to be the most affordable alternative at the moment. However, besides the aforementioned footballers, two other stars are being linked with leaving – Samuel Umtiti and Philippe Coutinho.
We will see if the Catalan giant manages to bring Torres in the January transfer window in the coming weeks. However, the departure of several players is a fairly clear-cut matter, but it is still not certain who will actually leave the Nou Camp at the start of the new year.
