Back on the horse after two losses! Czech national team shone against Watford!

West Ham United broke their streak of two straight losses with the Czech duo in the starting line-up. Vladimir Coufal and Tomáš Souček started the match against Watford and won 1:0 at home.

Before the game, the fact that Kurt Zouma was in the starting line-up caused a huge stir. He is in big trouble because a video of him being very aggressive with his cat was leaked on social networks.

Zouma, however, did not let the case get him down and was one of the key players for the Hammers. Either way, the question is whether some sort of punishment was in order. After all, the Premier League has punished for off the pitch transgressions in the recent past, Edinson Cavani could tell his story.

West Ham’s win was decided by fan favourite Jarrod Bowen, who has scored 7 goals in the Premier League this season. He has 10 goals in all competitions.

The performances of Vladimir Coufal and Tomáš Souček

Vladimir Coufal got the only yellow card of the whole game and was very visible in the match. Which is supported by the statistics! Coufal had the most touches of any player on the pitch (107), a really high number.

Defensively, he was a key player for the Hammers. Three times he won the ball in a foot to foot duel, twice he intercepted the opponent’s pass and twice he kicked the ball out of the danger area (for WHU).
