Anett Kontaveit vs. Petra Kvitova: Preview and betting tips

On Thursday afternoon, the quarterfinal matches of the WTA tournament in Dubai await us. One of them will be Anett Kontaveit and Petra Kvitova. Will the Czech tennis player advance to the semifinals?

Anett Kontaveitová is a twenty-five-year-old tennis player originally from Estonia and she is currently ranked 24th in the WTA rankings.

In the current season Kontaveitová has played nine matches, seven of which she won. She has managed to beat the likes of Kerber, Brady, Sakkari and Watson.

For Kvitova, the hard court tournament in Dubai is quite popular. Last year, she reached the final, but did not follow up her 2018 victory.

What to bet on? The two rivals have faced each other a total of six times, with the Czech tennis player walking off the court as the winner four times. She could improve on that record on Thursday.

But Kvitova will not have an easy time of it. In the current season, she has not yet managed to win two duels in a row, but she has always won at least one set. You can bet on it at odds of 1.27.
