Ancelotti ahead of Barcelona: Vinícius is one of the best in the world. It’s normal that we depend on him

“It’s a positive aspect. He’s one of the best players in the world who can often pull off games in our favour. It is quite normal that we depend on him,” Ancelotti said at a press conference.

Against Barcelona, however, he faces one of the toughest opponents. Indeed, the Catalans regularly put Ronaldo Araujo, who excels in speed and defending, on top of Vinícius. Is the Italian coach somehow preparing Vinícius for his Uruguayan rival?

“There is no need to say anything special to Vinícius. We are not going to change. It is true that Araujo is a very strong defender, but it will be a very interesting duel. Let’s hope Vinícius can win it,” Ancelotti added.
