An important match for the coefficient! Slavia must get a promising result and then advance to the semifinals

Slavia Prague is already the only Czech participant in the European Cup. Fifteenth place is far away due to the bad result in the return match with Linz, but there is still a chance to win it. How is the situation developing?

The only hope for the fifteenth place in the coefficient is Prague’s Slavie, who are now in the quarter-finals of the Europa League, in which they will challenge the Dutch Feyenoord Rotterdam.

The first match is played in the land of tulips and will be very important. If we want 14th place in the coefficient, Slavia must advance to the semifinals.

How does the current situation look? The dream position is held by Greece, which has a lead of 0.600 points. PAOK, who play at Marseille today, have that in the bag.

However, we have to look behind us, where Norway, more precisely Bodo/Glimt, are standing out. The Nordic country is 0.850 points behind us and Bodo will challenge AS Rome.

It’s not a bad situation, but Slavia must get a playable result today, preferably a win to reduce the gap to PAOK, unless they surprise in France.

In the rematch, the goal is clear, a win and promotion, and we must believe that PAOK will not be able to advance. After that, the dream berth for the 2023/24 season will be close.
