Alex King has had his first training session at West Ham! How did the fans welcome him?
Alex Král has joined Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal and the Czech enclave at West Ham is now 3 players in full training. In the training centre at Rush Green, the newcomer with curly hair understandably did not escape the attention of the photographer. How was King greeted by the fans?

During the national break, the former Slavist, who made it to West Ham via Russian side Spartak Moscow, jumped on for all three games of the Czech selection. Against Belarus he played over an hour, against Belgium he came on for the last 15 minutes and in the friendly with Ukraine he played the whole game.
After that there was a quick succession of events, because West Ham play an away game against Southampton today. The Czechs, who are known among Hammers fans as Czech Mates, have a really tough shift and had to quickly reorient themselves to the English environment.
King is unlikely to make the starting eleven right away, but it is possible that manager David Moyes will let him get a sniff of English football for the last few minutes of the game.
The Czech trio are now complete and have a big challenge ahead of them. To match the parade of results from last season.
West Ham fans’ reaction
Passionate Hammers fans couldn’t get enough of the training photos with the new reinforcements. They welcomed the Czech midfielder in abundance. Alex’s photo on Twitter gathered over 3.5 thousand likes!
“David Luiz 2.0,” fans in the British Isles also noticed the resemblance to the famous Brazilian.
“Hopefully you’ll help us have the best midfield in the Premier League, King!” another fan says ambitiously.
“I love you, Alex, have a great season.”
“Welcome to the family, Alex.”
The 23-year-old midfielder’s post is full of similar welcome messages.
