A walker? He’s a warrior! He shouldn’t talk about the fact that it was far from his best performance. I thought he was great, Teixeira said
It’s been three weeks, but the fight between Glover Teixeira and Jiri Prochazka will be talked about for a long time. The Czech fighter mentions in interviews that he is not satisfied with his performance, but the Brazilian has a different opinion. What did he say about him?

Glover Teixeira came close to defending his title, but in the end Jiri Prochazka stopped him with half a minute left to become the new UFC welterweight champion.
He then had media obligations in the Czech Republic and Procházka mentioned several times that he was not happy with his performance. But the Brazilian has a different opinion.
“Jiri Procházka is a warrior. He definitely shouldn’t go around now and talk about the fact that it was far from his best performance. I think it was a great performance. Otherwise, people wouldn’t be talking about it being one of the best games of the year.
It was a really great performance from him. He proved that he’s damn tough and durable. I know how brutal my ground & pound is. He should be damn proud of himself. It takes a lot of heart and determination. I know how hard I can hit.
I have one of the most brutal ground-and-pounders ever. I don’t even have to talk about the ground. George stood it all and finally got his own choke. That was just my fault. I was winning, and it all turned around in the end. It’s not just the fact that it was my fight, but in general with a fight like that, people would definitely like to see a rematch,” said Teixeira.
Those words from the veteran are certainly pleasing. Walk will be able to rest for a while after completing all of his obligations, but will soon return to full training.
He would like to defend by the end of this year, but the question for now is with whom it will be. But time will only tell.
