A son like a father. Martin Hašek relegated in Poland, quits the team, played only 15 minutes

Martin Hašek moved to Poland at the end of February after finishing in Turkey. He signed for Wisla Plock. But he didn’t play too much and as his father relegated as coach with Zbrojovka Brno, the 27-year-old footballer is biting the end of his engagement in addition to relegation.
After a forced end at Sparta Prague, he is not doing well. Martin Hašek will again have to look for a new engagement. Since he quit at Letná, he has changed three clubs, but he hasn’t made a dent in any of them.
In January 2021, he signed for the German club Würzburger Kickers, which played in the second German league. He played 13 games for the club and moved again in September. He swapped the second league in Germany for the second league in Turkey.
However, he was a bit more successful in the Erzurumspor jersey. He spent a year and a half in the team and especially in his first season he did very well, scoring 5 goals and adding 4 assists. But in January this year he left the club, allegedly due to mental problems.
In February, he finally got an offer to play in the first league. He was approached by Polish Wisla Plock. However, for procedural reasons, he could not play for the team until 5 April.
Out of eight possible matches Hašek could have played in, he only played in three. He played only 15 minutes and although he had an option to extend his contract until the end of the season, he has to look for a new engagement.
“At the end of the season it was decided that his contract would not be renewed and he would leave our ranks. We wish him the best of luck in his future career,” the club website reads.
It is worth mentioning that Wisla is relegated from the Polish league. Hašek imitates his father, who failed to keep Zbrojovka Brno among the league’s elite.
