There are five league rounds to play before the end of the Premier League season, with one of the most exciting ones on the schedule this weekend. Alongside the Liverpool derby and the Champions League, the fight for salvation is on. What to look forward to?

A Liverpool derby like no other

Liverpool and Everton matches always have a lot of momentum, but this time both teams will be going for it. And it’s a big one! Jurgen Klopp’s charges are just a point behind first-placed Manchester City, while Everton have just a one-point lead on the relegation zone.

Playing at Anfield, the form of the two teams is completely different, simply all factors play for Liverpool. On the other hand, we know Everton against big teams, this year they have robbed Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United and Liverpool of points.

A direct battle for the LM

Both Arsenal and Manchester United have a tough schedule, the tough weeks will culminate with their mutual match. A lot will be at stake at the Emirates, the Gunners are only a score behind the Top 4, the Red Devils are three points behind and have an extra game to play.

So the cards are clearly dealt, Manchester must win, Arsenal can theoretically settle for a draw. Moreover, even seventh-placed West Ham are not expecting anything easy, they go to Chelsea’s ground and need to win.

Burnley’s final move?

If we count Everton’s loss against Liverpool, Burnley, who beat Southampton 2-0 in the inserted round, can get out of the relegation zone out of nowhere. The Clarets are only one point behind the seventeenth place.

Burnley will be driven by the home crowd, on the other hand, Wolverhampton will also be motivated as they are only three points behind seventh-placed West Ham with a game to spare. It will be a battle of quality defences, let’s see who will be happier in the end.
