Czech women’s tennis celebrates! Barbora Krejcikova moved up to the fifth position in the WTA singles rankings thanks to her excellent performances in the last few months. At the same time, she is ranked second in doubles.

The update of the WTA World Ranking made many Czech tennis fans happy. Barbora Krejcikova moved up to the fifth position!

And in the singles, thanks to which she improved her lifetime best. Krejcikova moved ahead of Naomi Osaka and Sofia Kenin.

But she’s definitely not the only Czech in the rankings. Third is Karolina Pliskova, tenth is Petra Kvitova, who will be the only one of this trio to compete in Ostrava.

However, Krejcikova is also doing well in doubles, she is ranked second in this ranking, with her teammate Katerina Siniakova right behind her.
