A generous gesture from a former rival. Ramos invited Messi and his family to his home!

The fan favourite and Real Madrid legend is not bringing any rivalry to his new place (PSG), quite the opposite! Sergio Ramos has offered Lionel Messi temporary accommodation in his house. Messi and his family do not yet have a furnished place to live in Paris and therefore have to stay in a hotel. The generous gesture clearly puts the old rivalry behind him.

Messi is certainly having hectic days and so is his family. The Argentine has had a poignant farewell to Barcelona, followed by a quick move to Paris, where he has also attracted a lot of attention from the world media and, of course, the fans.

So there wasn’t much time to set up home. This was taken advantage of by former Real Madrid rival Sergio Ramos, who, like a true leader, immediately began to cement the group.

“If you prefer to stay in a house over a hotel, you and your family can stay with me,” Ramos told the star Argentine.

A lucrative offer until the family can get their own place. Don’t you think? But the answer remains unknown to the public. Things have often sparked between Ramos and Messi in the past, with the 35-year-old defender having been sent off twice in his career after fouling Messi. In El Clásico in 2019, PSG’s fresh reinforcements even put their heads together in the heat of battle and were not exactly friendly.

On the social network Instagram, Ramos posted a symbolic photo of his jersey with the jersey of a new teammate. Do you think Ramos and Messi will find common ground in Paris?
