Things are not looking good for the famous club so far this season. Of course it could be worse, but after seven rounds Schalke definitely wanted more than just 6 points.

But how could things be better when there is discontent at the club? According to Kicker, there are six players who are frustrated with their position in the team. Unsurprisingly, Alex King is also on the list.

The former player of Slavia Prague or Spartak Moscow came as a big reinforcement. He was expected to be the driving force of the back line. The German media was looking forward to him. But after four games starting in the starting line-up, he was relegated to the bench.

Besides King, Danny Latza, Mehmet Aydin, Rodrigo Zalazar, Sebastian Polter and Florent Mollet are among the frustrated and disgruntled players. And that’s not all. Other players are showing their dissatisfaction with coach Frank Kramer’s system for a change.

It is not only the players who are concerned, but also the fans. They were looking forward to the Bundesliga defence being tested by the attacking duo of Simon Terodde and Polter, but Kramer has other ideas about how the line-up should look.

Schalke are now 14th in the Bundesliga, just one point off the relegation places. They face Augsburg this weekend.
