A dude and an anti-doping agent? They never came after me in the whole time I was in the UFC for those six fights, he said

The ONE FC organization has introduced doping controls, joining, among others, the UFC, which has had them for quite some time. But there is also talk about how the controls are run.
In fact, it is known that fighters have to report almost every move they make so that a check can come at any time. Karlos Vémola, who was in the UFC almost a decade ago, has now spoken out about how it worked back then.
“They never came after me in the whole time I was in the UFC for those six fights. They only ever went to the bigger names that were seen. In short, when someone was talked about and written about, they followed them more. So it wasn’t like now,” he told iSport.
“When I lost, they didn’t check me. I guess there was nothing to talk about. But when I made a win, they were immediately: ‘Let’s check.’ It just seemed to me that if you did something wow, they checked it. But maybe it was just a personal feeling. I certainly wasn’t as bothered as the guys were today. I only went to the doping control after I won, they never came to me,” he added.
However, David Dvorak, who is in the UFC now, did experience an unexpected check and was not at home, which resulted in him receiving a black mark. If he had three in one year, there would have been a problem.
However, he’s in no danger of that in the near term, but it’s definitely slightly limiting. However, the introduction of doping tickets in other organisations would definitely be a step forward.
