The Czech national hockey team has reached the quarterfinals of the World Championship, where they faced the United States of America. After a heroic performance, they managed to advance to the medal round. Radko Gudas was a big part of it, as he put the star of the overseas team in his pocket.

It’s home. The Americans are out of the World Cup quarter-finals, the Czech national hockey team will play for the medals. On Saturday, the semifinals will decide which medals they will play for.

However, the duel against the USA was very hectic, even and tense. It was a very intense match. Both teams played fast, hard. The home team started the game better, but once they took the lead after a Pavel Zacha goal, the visitors picked up the pace.

But it was no use to them. Thanks to the great dedication of the Czech national team. But apart from that, Radko Gudas was a real pain for the visitors. He took on the US captain in particular.

Brady Tkachuk came into the game against the Czech Republic as the second most productive player of the championship. He had collected 13 points on 7 goals and 6 assists in the previous tournament.
