Nikola Jokic helped the Denver Nuggets beat the New Orleans Pelicans with another dominating performance of 35 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists. He recorded his 3rd triple-double of the season and 108th of his career.

Jokić thus became the 4th player in the NBA history charts, leaving Lebron James and Jason Kidd behind him. He is still 30 minutes behind 3rd-ranked Magic Johnson. So far, Russell Westbrook is safely in the lead with 198 triple-doubles.

He reached that milestone in his 9th season. Jokic’s triple-doubles in seasons (2015/16-0, 2016/17-6, 2017/18-10, 2018/19-12, 2019/20-13, 2020/21-16, 2021/22-19, 2022/23-29, 2023/24-3). In the last 2 seasons, he has been the best in this all-around activity.

In the game Chicago Bulls – Utah Jazz (130 :113) Andre Drummond helped the home team to victory with 12 points and 7 rebounds. By 3 rebounds he broke the 10 000 career rebounds mark.

He became the 43rd player in history to do so. Of the active players, only Lebron James 10,726 and DeAndre Jordan 10,345 are better.
