The Western Conference was dominated by De’Aaron Fox of the Sacramento Kings, who led his team to 4 wins this week. Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks again dominated the East.

In the Western Conference, Fox was the best

Fox scored the most points in the Kings’ win at the In-Season Tournament in San Antonio, scoring 43 points. That included 5 successful threes, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. The next day, he played his second 30-point game in a row, helping the Kings to defeat the Mavericks.

He won this award for the fourth time in his career. And thanks to his averages of 32.3 points, 6.3 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game, Sacramento holds an 8-5 record so far and thus a playoff spot. In their next game, the Kings visit New Orleans, who are 7-7.

The Eastern Conference was ruled by Brunson

Brunson of the New York Knicks led the team to 3 wins in 4 games. As he averaged 28.5 points, 6.5 assists with a 54.5% 3-point shooting percentage.

His week was capped off with 32 point performances against Washington and Houston. The Knicks are 8-6 so far with a record of 8-6 below the line for a direct playoff berth, but the season is still long and if Brunson delivers his standard performance, it could work out.

The Knicks will welcome a strong Miami team at home in their next game and it will surely be a very even matchup.
