Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan. These are the teams that have secured their qualification to the spring phase of the Champions League today. Manchester United, on the other hand, made things very difficult for themselves after their defeat in Copenhagen.

Real Madrid welcomed Braga at home and the game got complicated very quickly. The visitors had a penalty in the sixth minute, but Andriy Lunin grabbed it.

Brahim Díaz then scored in the first half, followed by Vinícius and Rodrygo in the second half. With the 3-0 win, Real Madrid are now through to the spring transfer window.

Leonard Trossard put Arsenal ahead in the match against Sevilla. Bukayo Saka added another goal in the second half and the Gunners won 2:0. However, Arsenal are not yet assured of promotion.

To do that, they needed a Lens win over PSV. But that didn’t happen, the Dutch won 1: 0 at home and have the same number of points (5) as the French. The Gunners, however, are very close with nine points.

Bayern were a bit fluffy for the win against Galatasaray until Harry Kane opened the scoring in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute, the renowned cannonballer added a second goal and the visitors reduced the score to 2-1, but that was all they could do. Bayern also secured their place in the knockout phase.

Inter Milan had one task in the duel with Salzburg – to win and they were in the bag. He waited a little longer for it, but it worked out in the end. Lautaro Martínez scored from the penalty spot in the 86th minute to send the Nerrazuri into the Champions League spring.

Manchester United were the last to finish their match due to stoppage time. Rasmus Højlund gave them a great start in Copenhagen, scoring two goals in 28 minutes. But in the 42nd minute, Marcus Rashford saw a red card for a hooker and made the game very difficult for the visitors.

Copenhagen managed to tie the game at 2-2 before half-time. First Elyonoussi scored in the 45th minute, then Goncalves scored from the penalty spot in the ninth minute. United managed to score a third goal even with ten men. In the 69th minute Fernandes sent the Red Devils into a 3-2 lead from a penalty. But the home side didn’t give up and in the 83rd minute Lerager equalised at 3-3.

And in the 87th minute, it came. A deflected ball in the visitors’ penalty area was met by the only 17-year-old Bardghi and sent Copenhagen into a 4:3 lead.
