The UFC 295 gala is knocking on the door and Jiri Prochazka and Alex Pereira are preparing for quite possibly the biggest and toughest fight of their careers. Both phenomenal fighters have a clear goal. The Moravian Samurai is grateful for his opponent, he bodes well for a great duel.

This Saturday night Madison Square Garden will host another UFC gala, this time with the number 295. And it’s going to be special, especially for the Czech Republic. Jiri Prochazka will be in action.

The Moravian samurai is about to have his first fight since returning from a serious shoulder injury. His opponent will be Alex Pereira, who on the other hand is in a very solid match pace and who is a terror.

To paraphrase the words of the movie Rocky 4 to Ivan Drago: “What he hits, he destroys.” Pereira’s punching power is brutal and Procházka has a huge challenge ahead of him. The situation is all the more unpleasant for him because his training is led by Glover Teixeira, who knows him from their duel.

The BJP, however, will not shy away from anything. On the contrary. He is happy for big challenges and it is no different now. In fact, he confirms it in all his pre-match statements.

I can be a long-term champion, says Prochazka

The UFC continues to release its traditional series of clips under the title Embedded, where it naturally tries to shine a light on the main actors of the UFC 295 gala, including the Moravian fighter.

“I’m happy to be back after a year, in training. Moreover, when I will fight here in Madison Square Garden with such a great opponent. I’m really happy for Alex. He pushes my performance and my preparation to the next level and I want to show it in the fight,” expressed Jiri Prochazka.

“The second Brazilian challenge, but it’s not Glover Teixeira. Alex has a different style. But with Glover, I learned mainly what I don’t want to do in a fight. I’m ready to dominate the duel with Alex and show people that I can be a champion for a long time,” Moravan said.

BJP says he feels like a champion. But he also feels he has to defend the belt: ” Alex is the right opponent. He pushes me to explore and overcome my limits. It’s going to be a big fight.”

Alex Pereira will also have a big fight. He expects him and Jiri to deliver a great show as well, and he really expects them to deliver the best match of the gala.
