After two years of misery in Paris, Lionel Messi is finally enjoying his engagement at Inter Miami. The Argentine star is definitely not going anywhere from sun-warmed Florida. He has bought a dream mansion here.

Messi enjoys football in the USA, will he settle in Miami?

He has achieved everything he could in football. Now he has nothing left to prove and is enjoying his football. And he’s finally found an environment he feels comfortable in.

When Inter Miami owner David Beckham announced the arrival of Lionel Messi at his club, it caused a huge stir overseas. But few expected that the Argentine star would still find the motivation to deliver world-class performances at the age of 36.

But he demolished all doubts and instantly transformed the club at the tail end of the MLS table into a winning machine, even winning the club’s first trophy. After all, he managed to score 11 goals in eleven games, to which he added five assists.

After years spent in Paris, where he struggled, he is finally enjoying life. And it looks like he wants to settle down in sun-drenched Florida. Forbes magazine reports that Messi has bought a new house just a few kilometres from Inter Miami’s stadium.

He’s bought an ultra-modern mansion near Inter Miami Stadium

As you might expect, the ultramodern house is located in Fort Lauderdale not far from the Inter Miami stadium on a plot of land of around 1,000 square meters. The mansion, where Messi lives with Argentine influencer and model Antonella Roccuzzo, has eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a three-car garage and, of course, a beautiful swimming pool.

The property, which is located right on the water, also includes two boat docks, a spa and a fitness center. According to the source, he paid around $10.75 million for the beautiful mansion.

What is his real estate portfolio?

Messi signed a 2.5-year contract with Inter Miami, which will earn him around $150m. The amount includes his salary, signing bonus, team capital or a revenue-sharing agreement with Apple and Adidas.

That Miami mansion is just a partial addition to his real estate portfolio. It includes an additional full-floor condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

In addition, he reportedly still owns a $7 million property near Barcelona, a $5 million condo in Miami and a sprawling property with a 15-car garage, theater and gym in his hometown of Rosario, Argentina.
