Wimbledon – information, location, date
Wimbledon is the oldest and most famous tennis tournament. Since its beginnings, it has been held on the grass courts of the All England Club in south-west London.
This year’s edition will take place between 27 June and 10 July 2022. This will be the 135th anniversary edition.

Wimbledon Schedule
The biggest tennis stars will be taking part in Wimbledon again this year. Rafael Nadal, who is playing in great form despite health problems, will not be missing, Novak Djokovic will also try to win the valuable trophy. Even the veteran Serena Williams will not miss the tournament.
The Czech Republic will also be represented. Lukáš Rosol has made it to the tournament, Jiří Lehečka and Jiří Veselý will not be missing. Among the women, Karolína Plíšková, Barbora Krejčíková, Petra Kvitová, Karolína Muchová, Tereza Martincová, Kateřina Siniaková, Marie Bouzková and Markéta Vondroušová will be in the women’s team again.
The draw is yet to take place. However, it is certain that the women’s final duel will take place on Saturday 9 July, while the men’s final is scheduled for Sunday 10 July.
Wimbledon – favourites, betting
In the women’s section, world number one Iga Swiatek is unsurprisingly the favourite with odds of 2.45. Of our tennis players, Karolina Pliskova has the lowest odds to win the tournament (22.00), followed by Petra Kvitova (28.00), Karolina Muchova (30.00) and Barbora Krejcikova (35.00).
